Hvasser Motel consists of 19 cabins and 1 apartment, which is located in a cozy garden in Sandøsund loshavn on Hvasser, a small island in Tjøme municipality, 25 km south from Norway’s oldest town Tønsberg and right by Færder National Park. We offer boat trips and transportation with the passenger boat “Færdergutt” in the beautiful archipelago.
Dogs are welcome in our cabins and if your four-legged need a clip, then it can be done in Sibylle’s Dog Salon in the main house.

All our cabins were upgraded over the last few years with blah. new kitchen and new bathroom.
Nine of the cabins are also open during the winter months and are often rented on a long-term basis.
children In the summer, our guests are mainly families who enjoy sun and bathing.
In the spring and autumn we have visits by many groups and associations who often rent more cabins and the large common room, where they take meals together or hold courses.
There is a large offer of activities at Hvasser and Tjøme. Diving, sailing, kayaking, climbing, horse riding and golf are just some of the possibilities.
